We now have the keys and have taken possession to what will become our new showground here in the Algarve and the new venture of Algarve Mobile Homes. Now to start the preparation work…. To which there is plenty to do! So that we are ready to receive the first of our sale homes.
The site is located on the national route EN125, in central Algarve just outside of Boliqueime in the direction of Albufeira (see the map location on the front page, or simply type in Algarve Mobile Homes into google maps). Be aware that this part of the EN125 is a one way system, so coming from Faro direction, you will have to go past us and double-back around the roundabout a little further down the road. We will have ample space for parking on site, and hope, once everything is up and running to offer a good selection of resale homes of differing price ranges and sizes. We will also be able to source other homes from our sister companies throughout Europe depending on what is available within the market. One of our initial tasks will also be to set one of the first homes up as our office, so lots to do! As well as exhibiting mobile homes for sale, we can also assist in additional services, such as levelling the home once in place on your land, and the construction of deckings.
It will take us a few weeks to get the initial works in place, and for the first of the homes to arrive and to be placed into position and levelled, but we hope to be able to open our doors somewhere around mid-January.
